This page explains what happens to the details you share with YourAgentLab, in plain words.
Who we are
YourAgentLab is run by Nathalia Salazar, founder, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about this policy, write to info@youragentlab.com.
What we collect, and why
When you request a Free Business Check (called Clinic Check or Gym Check on the dedicated pages), we collect the business name, the type of business, the area, the business WhatsApp number, your name, your role, your email address and anything you choose to write in the message field. We also record the date and time of the request and where it came from (our website, Instagram or LinkedIn).
We use these details for one purpose: to run your check and send you the results by email. That means asking an AI assistant what it says about businesses of your kind in your area, and, with your consent, sending one enquiry to your business WhatsApp number in the evening, as a customer would.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to answer you and to follow up on what you asked.
Consent
The test enquiry is sent only after you tick the box that says so on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time before the test by writing to us, and we will not send it.
How long we keep your details
We keep the details of a check for 12 months after the request, then we delete them. If you become a client, the details you share with us are kept for the length of our work together and for the period required by law for invoices and contracts.
Who sees your details
Only Nathalia Salazar. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone. Your results are never published, shared or used as an example, and businesses are never named.
To run the website and the form we use a small number of service providers (website hosting, the service that receives the form, the email service). They process the data only to provide those services to us.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The form remembers where you came from (website, Instagram or LinkedIn) only for the length of your visit.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to info@youragentlab.com and we will do it within a few days and confirm by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date below.
